    Japan's statistics on its contracts covered by this Agreement will be reported to the Committee pursuant to Article XVI:4. Therefore, Japan does not substitute a notification to the Committee of the website address referred to in Article XVI:5 or Article XVI:6 for the submission of the data under Article XVI:4.
