Improving the transparency and accessibility of GPA market access information
Welcome to the integrated Government Procurement Market Access Information Resource (e-GPA) portal of the WTO. This portal provides a single point of access to the market access information under the Revised Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), together with related information that the GPA Parties are committed to provide. It offers improved transparency and user-friendly accessibility to the relevant information.
The revised GPA amends the 1994 GPA signed at Marrakesh in April 1994 and which entered into force on 1 January 1996. For more information about the 1994 Agreement, click here. The Parties for whom the revised Agreement has entered into force are: Canada; the European Union; Hong Kong, China; Iceland; Israel; Japan; Liechtenstein; the Netherlands with respect to Aruba; Norway; Singapore; Chinese Taipei; and the United States. Subsequently, it will enter into force for the remaining three Parties (i.e. Armenia, Korea, and Switzerland) on the 30th day following the date of deposit of their respective instrument of acceptance.
