For the entities listed for Queensland, Article XVI.2 (Transparency of Procurement Information Publication of Award Information) does not apply for a period of three years from the date of entry to force of the Agreement so as to allow time for the entities listed for Queensland to make the necessary modifications to electronic means to enable publication of such information.
