This Agreement does not cover procurement by the Korea Electric Power Corporation and the Korea Gas Corporation of the following services:

1 Engineering services

2 Integrated engineering services

3 Computer and related services

4 Composition and purity testing and analysis services

5 Technical inspection services

6 Related scientific and technical consulting services

7 Repair services incidental to metal products, machinery
and equipment

8 Management consulting service

9 Project management services

10 Telecommunication services (including code and protocol conversion)
