Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement covers procurement of HS Reference No. 8608 for the goods and suppliers of the United States; Canada; the European Union; the United Kingdom; Japan; Switzerland; Norway; Iceland; Hong Kong, China; Singapore and Israel.
