1 Construction services are covered in respect of the Ministry of Defence (Annex 1) only to the extent that such construction services are not related to national security and defence.

2 The offer regarding construction services is subject to the limitations and conditions specified in the Government of Moldova's WTO Schedule of Specific Commitments on services under GATS (WT/ACC/MOL/37/Add.2).
