1 This Agreement covers all goods procured by the entities listed in Annexes 1 through 3, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

2 For procurement by the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport1 and by other entities responsible for defence and security, such as the Federal Customs Administration with regard to equipment for border guards and customs officers, the following goods from the list of defence and security equipment are covered by the Agreement2: Voir plus/moins
